Inside Double Chop
1. Start at the yellow cone and dribble toward the orange cone.
2. Use your 270 move at the orange cone.
3. Dribble toward the blue cone.
4. Use your 270 move at the blue cone. This time with the other foot.
5. Dribble toward and finish at the final red cone. Repeat this process going back for the next rep.
Complete the relay loop 20 times per move. Alternate the foot you use for each rep
Practice each soccer skill on its own for 2 Minutes. Take a 30-second break in between skills.

1. Start from the blue cone and dribble toward the yellow cone directly in front of you.
2. Use an attacking move at the yellow cone.
3. Dribble toward the red cone.
4. Use a 270 move at the red cone.
5. Dribble toward the next red cone.
6. Use a 270 move at the red cone.
7. Dribble toward the next yellow cone.
8. Use an attacking move at the yellow cone.
9. Dribble toward and finish at the final blue cone.
1. Start the soccer ball from the ground if/when your record is 10+
2. Unlimited attempts – PRACTICE BEING GREAT!
